These terms and conditions help to keep this website a safe place to trade and set out the full extent of any agreement reached between you and DHS TT UK Ltd in connection with this site. You should understand that by placing an order, you accept the following terms and conditions:  

Your contract for purchases made through this web site is with DHS TT UK Ltd, whose registered address is 2 Ravelston Garden, Edinburgh, EH4 3LD, United Kingdom. Company registration number SC681565, registered in Scotland.

No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and DHS TT UK Ltd unless and DHS TT UK Ltd accepts your order by way of an e-mail confirming that it has received payment in full for all the goods you have ordered, and that the goods have been shipped to the specified address. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time DHS TT UK Ltd sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). This confirmation (not request) e-mail amounts to an acceptance by DHS TT UK Ltd of your offer to buy goods from DHS TT UK Ltd or a 3rd party supplier that is engaged on your behalf by DHS TT UK Ltd. You must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it. DHS TT UK Ltd will not pass on your personal or credit or debit card details to any third party. 
  
You undertake that all details you provide to DHS TT UK Ltd for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered. 
  
If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform DHS TT UK Ltd as soon as possible. 

Liability 
DHS TT UK Ltd reserve the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time.  

DHS TT UK Ltd will do its best to correct any errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.  

DHS TT UK Ltd do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the DHS TT UK Ltd website or for any products or services purchased from the DHS TT UK Ltd.  

DHS TT UK Ltd will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product or service purchased in respect of any claim.  

All electrical products are covered by a minimum 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. If your product develops a fault whilst under warranty, please refer to our returns policy.

Price Match Offer 
We will match price including postage of identical, brand new and genuine DHS product advertised elsewhere. In cases where the other product is not genuine or not brand new then the price match offer will not apply.  

Processing of orders 
Credit and Debit cards are debited before items are shipped by DHS TT UK Ltd. All prices include sales taxes (where applicable) unless otherwise stated.  

Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in the United Kingdom. The law of the United Kingdom shall govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from this web site.  

DHS TT UK Ltd aim to arrange shipment of all in stock items within 1 working day (not including Saturdays) of receiving your order. Your order may be delayed if an item is not in stock with our suppliers. In cases whereby there is a query or issue with your order you will be contacted as soon as possible and your order will be held until confirmation on how to proceed with your order is given. Some items may be unavailable and the current stock status is approximate. You can keep track of your order status yourself on-line with the order tracking facility on the ‘View My Orders’ page.

Delivery/Title/Risk 
The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate, except where specific next-day or named-day delivery options are selected. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that your goods may be part-shipped.  

Any items that are received damaged or incorrect will be considered for repair, replacement, part-replacement or refund if reported to DHS TT UK Ltd within 30 days of receipt. Please note that where blades and rubbers are concerned the ratings given are a general guide and are not binding in terms of fault if they don’t precisely agree with the interpretation of any particular individual.

In the event that a price reduction has been introduced for any goods after a purchase has been made, DHS TT UK Ltd will provide a part-refund for the difference between the price paid for the item and the reduced price introduced on condition that a claim for such a part-refund is made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

All product characteristic ratings found on the DHS TT UK Ltd website are taken from a combination of professional opinion resulting from our own testing and/or guidance provided by the manufacturers. These ratings, and any advice given based on such ratings, are therefore only considered to be an approximate guide and DHS TT UK Ltd cannot be held responsible if your interpretation of these ratings fails to match your own opinion of the product’s characteristics after initial use.

Title to any product ordered will pass to you once DHS TT UK Ltd has received payment in full for that product.

The Couriers will attempt delivery twice, after this, you as the customer are obliged to collect the goods from your local branch.

If your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; DHS TT UK Ltd advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information. 

From time to time DHS TT UK Ltd may engage a 3rd party to fulfill orders, a contract for the sale of these products will be made between the 3rd party supplier and yourself. 

Please note that when shipping products internationally you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Conditions of delivery

DHS TT UK Ltd use the following delivery services to fulfill orders, some of which will be made available or not depending on the products ordered. The following conditions apply for these delivery services:

Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery (excluding Saturdays)

– Orders must be placed before 1.30pm for same day dispatch. Orders placed after 1.30pm are not guaranteed to be dispatched the same day, but will be dispatched no later than the following weekday.

– Dispatch days are Monday to Friday, except on bank holidays. Orders placed before 1.30pm on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday, except on bank holidays, when they will be delivered on the following Tuesday. In cases where a bank holiday falls on a Friday, orders placed before 1.30pm on Thursday will be delivered on the following Monday, except on bank holidays, when they will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

– End to end tracking from the date of dispatch. You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched for all orders placed on our website.

– Money back guarantee on your delivery charge if your delivery does not arrive on time. Delivery made to a nearby address, confirmed by signature, will be assumed to have been made correctly and on time if delivered before 6pm on the specified delivery date.

Royal Mail Next Day Special Saturday Delivery

– Orders must be placed before 1.30pm Friday (or the Thursday before the Good Friday bank holiday) for delivery on the Saturday of that week.

– Orders placed on Friday after 1.30pm are not guaranteed to be dispatched the same day and will be dispatched on the Friday of the following week for delivery on the Saturday. You may contact us to request dispatch on another day of the following week if preferred.

– End to end tracking from the date of dispatch. You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched for all orders placed on our website.

– Money back guarantee on your delivery charge if your delivery does not arrive on time. Delivery made to a nearby address, confirmed by signature, will be assumed to have been made correctly and on time if delivered before 6pm on the specified delivery date.

Royal Mail Tracked 24

– Estimated 1-2 day delivery from the date of dispatch. While Royal Mail Tracked 24 orders will be aimed to be dispatched within 1 working day (not including Saturdays) of receiving them, this is not a guaranteed timescale and should be used as a guide only.

– End to end tracking from the date of dispatch. You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched for all orders placed on our website.

– The expected (although not guaranteed) due date for deliveries by Royal Mail Tracked 24 is 1 working day after dispatch. Deliveries will not be considered as lost until 10 days after the expected due date. Placing an order with us confirms your acknowledgement that DHS UK cannot pursue any claim for loss on your behalf until after this time and that only then, where needed, can a replacement order be dispatched to you.  

– Delivery made to a nearby address, confirmed by signature, will be assumed to have been made correctly.

Royal Mail Tracked 48

– Estimated 2-3 day delivery from the date of dispatch. While Royal Mail Tracked 48 orders will be aimed to be dispatched within 1 working day (not including Saturdays) of receiving them, this is not a guaranteed timescale and should be used as a guide only.

– End to end tracking from the date of dispatch. You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched for all orders placed on our website. 

– The expected (although not guaranteed) due date for deliveries by Royal Mail Tracked 48 is 3 working days after dispatch. Deliveries will not be considered as lost until 10 days after the expected due date. Placing an order with us confirms your acknowledgement that DHS UK cannot pursue any claim for loss on your behalf until after this time and that only then, where needed, can a replacement order be dispatched to you.

– Delivery made to a nearby address, confirmed by signature, will be assumed to have been made correctly.

DX Courier Delivery

– Used for full-size table orders only.

– Delivery timescale is postcode dependent, but estimated at 7-10 working days. You will be contacted within 2 working days of the order being placed to advise of the nearest available delivery dates in your area, at which time you can choose the available delivery date that best suits you.

– You will be contacted by text message or email at approximately 6pm the evening before your specified delivery date to advise you of the 3-hour delivery window for your table delivery. Delivery hours are between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday.

– In the event that products other than full-size tables are also included in an order, these products will be dispatched via one of the other delivery services above, depending on the products selected, separately from the table/s at the earliest available date, unless specifically requested otherwise by you to be dispatched later.

Miscellaneous 
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught willfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

DHS TT UK Ltd may amend these terms and conditions from time to time, and place the new version on the website. All purchases from the date that the amended terms are placed on our website onwards will be governed by those new terms.

These terms and conditions shall apply when DHS TT UK Ltd accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has received payment in full for all the goods you have ordered. They shall supersede any and all other conditions, understandings, commitments, agreements or representations (except fraudulent misrepresentations) relating to your purchase, whether oral or in writing, and contain the entire agreement between DHS TT UK Ltd and you relating to your purchase. DHS TT UK Ltd advises that you print off and keep safe a copy of these terms and conditions once your order has been accepted by DHS TT UK Ltd.
