Like the Long 5, its carbon layer is located next to the core which gets activated during strong penetrating shots such as counter-looping.

Wear it on your playing hand. Pick up your bat. Hook the index finger of your non-playing hand on the wristband. Now play some forehand drives. You will find this helps you turn your waist and start using your body to play the shots.
